This week's Exercise of the Week is the landmine single-arm press.
The landmine single-arm press is an effective variation to the incline press or overhead press. Along with its ability to increase pressing strength, the exercise requires a great deal of core strength as the performer presses the weight up and away from the body in a standing postion.
During the exercise, do not allow to the body to rotate with the weight. Keep the core engaged, stand up straight, and press the weight up and away from your body.
