Group Training - Monday (8/8/16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat (RPE 9)

4 x 6 Barbell Overhead Press (RPE 8-9)

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Step-ups/Weighted (RPE 8)

3 x 10ea Dumbbell Single-Arm Row (RPE 8)

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: Partner-up! EMOM for 15:00 - One person works for 30 sec, then partner works for 30 sec - 15 sec to switch stations

Sled Pull/Push

Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Slam Ball Shoulder
