4 x 8 Barbell Row (RPE 8-9)


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12 Paused/Push-ups/Pin

3 x max GHR/Reverse Hyper - 10 reps

3 x 30 sec Weighted Plank/Plank


Conditioning: Max rounds in 12:00

10 Dumbbell Squat to Press

20 sec Battle Ropes

10 Kettlebell Swing
