Strength: Rest 90 sec between each set

8, 6, 6, 4 Front Squat/Goblet

8, 6, 6, 4 Dumbbell Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between each round

3 x 10-12 Reverse Grip Inverted Row

3 x 10-12 Landmine Row

3 x max Weighted/V-ups/Lying Leg Raises


Conditioning: 5 Rounds for time of:

10 Jump Squats

10 Kneeling Slam Ball Slam

20 (10ea) Walking Lunges/Step-ups
