Strength: Rest 90 Sec between sets

4 x 5 Barbell Bench Press

4 x 5 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Ring Row

3 x 10 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 30 sec Weighted/Plank

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off for 15:00. Use the 30 sec to switch stations. 

Battle Ropes

Dumbbell Squat to Press

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Goblet/BW Squat
