Group Training - Thursday (8-25-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat (RPE 9)

4 x 8 Barbell Overhead Press (RPE 8-9)

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted/BW Step-ups 

3 x 10ea Dumbbell Single-Arm Row 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 sec each exercise for 3 rounds. 30 sec to switch exercises after every three rounds completed.

Mountain Climbers

Push-ups/Pin Push-ups

Jump Squats

Slam Ball Slam
