Group Training - Tuesday (8-23-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Band Pull-ups

4 x 8ea Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squats/Stationary Lunges

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Dumbbell Chest Supported Row w/ Pause

3 x 12 Goblet Squat

3 x 30 sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: Add 2 reps every round completed. Push-ups stay constant throughout. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12:00. 

2 Slam Ball Slam

2 Jump Squat

10 Pin Push-ups
