Group Training - Monday (8-29-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat (RPE 9)

4 x 6 Barbell Pendlay Row (RPE 8-9)

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted/BW Step-ups

3 x 10 Kneeling Landmine Press 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: Perform exercises for 2:00, followed by 1:00 of rest. Repeat for a total of 12:00.

6 Inverted Row

8 Kettlebell Swings

10 BW Squats
