
The club’s first run! We will use this first run to enjoy each other’s company and get know fellow group members.
1) Pre-run drills
2) Group Run
- Group A: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (12:00+) - Run/Walk
- Group B: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (10:00 – 12:00)
- Group C: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (8:30 – 10:00)
- Group D: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 8:30)
3) Post-run stretch – stretch areas of need. This is optional, but recommended.
