Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Paused Goblet Squat 

4 x 8 Paused Ring Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift

3 x max Lying Leg Raises

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of: 

30 sec Battle Ropes 

12 Kettlebell Swing

10ea Step-ups
