Group Training - Thursday (9-8-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets:

4 x 5 Band Pull-up w/ Pause at top

4 x 5 Barbell Paused Front Squat/Goblet


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between round

3 x 10 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

3 x 10 Barbell Row

3 x 15-20 BW Hip Thrust

3 x 20-40 sec Plank


Conditioning: Complete each station for 1:00, then 30 sec rest, then start next station for 1:00. 2 Rounds.

Lateral Bear Crawl

Slam Ball Shoulder
