Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 6 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted/BW Walking Lunges

3 x 10ea Dumbbell Single-Arm Row 

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: 5 Rounds or 15:00 (whichever comes first):

15 BW Squats

30 sec Battle Ropes

100m Sprint
