Strength: Rest 90 Sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 8 Paused Pin Push-ups 


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Ring Row

3 x 10 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 30 sec Weighted/Plank


Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 for 3 rounds at each station. Rest 30 sec after completing 3 rounds before starting the next station. Complete each station once (3 rounds).

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Goblet/BW Squat
