FFP Running Club - Wednesday (9-14-16)

We will be meeting at FFP at 6:00 pm. Building off last week's fartlek, we will be cruising through a progression run this week!


Pre-run warm-up


Progression Run: Everyone will be running 40 minutes. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By 30 minutes, you should be running at about 5k pace. Use last five minutes (35:00-40:00) of run to cool-down.


  • Group A (12:00+) 
  • Group B (10:00-12:00)
  • Group C (8:30 - 10:00)
  • Group D (-8:30)


Post-run stretch
