Strength: Rest 60 sec between sets

4 x 8ea Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squats/Stationary Lunges (RPE 9)

4 x 8 Barbell Row (RPE 8-9)


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

3 x 10 GHR/Reverse Hyper 

3 x 30 sec Weighted Plank/Plank


Conditioning: 5 Rounds or 15:00 (whichever comes first) of:

10 Dumbbell Squat to Press

20 sec Battle Ropes

10 Kettlebell Swing

10 Band Pull-Apart
