4 x 7 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press



3 x 10 BW/Weighted Walking/Stationary Lunges

3 x 12 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

3 x 20-40 sec Single-Leg/Two-Leg Glute Bridge


Conditioning: Max rounds in 12:00 of:

12 Kettlebell Swing

12 Slam Ball Shoulder

D&B Farmer Carry
