Group Training - Thursday (9-22-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

6, 6, 4, 3 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 5 Band Pull-up


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift 

3 x 12 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank/30 sec Plank


Conditioning: 30 sec on, 30 sec off (use 30 sec off to switch stations), for 4 Rounds of:

Jump Squat/BW Squat

Slam Ball Slam

Slam Ball Cradle Carry

Battle Ropes
