Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 5 Barbell Box Squat (RPE 9)

4 x 5 Barbell Pendlay Row (RPE 8-9)


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Weighted/BW Stationary Lunges

3 x 10 Dumbbell Overhead Press 

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression


Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off for 15:00. Use the 30 sec to switch stations.

Dumbbell Squat to Press

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Goblet/BW Squat
