Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 3 Conventional/Trap Bar Deadlift

4 x 6 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Weighted/BW Step-ups

3 x 12 Ring Row

3 x 20 sec ea McGill Crunch

3 x 20-40 sec Single-Leg/Two-Leg Glute Bridge

 

Conditioning: 21-15-9 Reps of:

Wall Ball

Half Burpees

Single-Arm Kettlebell Clean & Press (split reps between arms)
