Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

5, 4, 3, 3 Barbell Sumo Deadlift

6, 6, 4, 4 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Barbell Front Squat/Goblet Squat

3 x 15 Inverted Row

3 x 20-40 sec Side Plank/Knees

 

Conditioning: Start a new round every 3:00. Repeat for a total of five rounds.

12 Wall Ball

10 Slam Ball Slam

50 ft Bear Crawl
