Group Training - Thursday (9-29-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

5, 5, 3, 3 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 6 Band Pull-up


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift 

3 x 12 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 30-45 sec Plank (can be weighted)


Conditioning: Add 2 reps every round completed. Push-ups stay constant throughout. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12:00. 

2 Slam Ball Slam

2 Jump Squat

10 Pin Push-ups
