Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 8 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Dumbbell Bench Press

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold

 

Conditioning: Partner-up! Pure Cardio! EMOM for 16:00 - One person works for 30 sec, then partner works for 30 sec. First partner goes on next exercise as soon as the 0:30 is up.
