Group Training - Thursday (10-6-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 8 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Paused Goblet Squat 

3 x 12 Dumbbell Single-Arm Row

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank/Plank

 

Conditioning: Complete each station for 40 sec, then rest 20 sec (use 20 sec to switch stations), then start next station for 40 sec and so forth. 3 Rounds total:

Sled Push/Push

Lateral Bear Crawl

Slam Ball Shoulder

Band Pull-Apart
