FFP Running Club - Wednesday (10-12-16)

We will be meeting at FFP at 6:00 pm. A little longer progression run this week! It will be a blast!

 

Pre-run warm-up

 

Progression Run: Everyone will be running 50 minutes. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By 35 minutes, you should be running at about 5k pace. Use last ten minutes (40:00-45:00) of run to cool-down.

 

  • Group A (12:00+) 
  • Group B (10:00-12:00)
  • Group C (8:30 - 10:00)
  • Group D (-8:30)

 

Post-run stretch

    You really make it appear really easy with your presentation however I to find this topic to be actually something that I believe I might never understand. It sort of feels too complicated and extremely vast for me. I'm looking forward for your next put up, I will try to get the grasp of it!

    I think that everything said was very logical. But, what about this? suppose you composed a catchier post title? I ain't saying your information isn't solid, but suppose you added something that grabbed folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You should glance at Yahoo's front page and see how they create article headlines to get people interested. You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could bring your blog a little livelier.
