Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 15 Kettlebell Sumo RDL

3 x 12 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press

3 x max Alternating Leg V-ups


Conditioning: Max rounds for 20 minutes

20 Walking Lunges

30 Sec Battle Ropes

150m Sprint (outside - to end of lot and back)

12 Slam Ball Slams
