Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

1) 4 x 6 Sumo Deadlift

2) 4 x 6 Barbell Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 1 1/2 Rep Goblet Squat 

3 x 12 Single-Arm Ring Row

3 x max V-ups


Conditioning: Modified Tabata - 40sec on 20sec off for 15 minutes

Sled Push/Push

Pin Push Ups

Kettle Bell Overhead Carries

Box Jumps

Slam Ball Shoulder
