Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Front Squat

4 x 8 Barbell Row


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Bulgarian Split Squats

3 x 12 Pin Push-ups

3 x 8-10ea Shoulder Tap Plank/30-45 sec Plank


Conditioning: Five rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first.

Sled rope pull/ push

15 Wall Ball

15 Kettle Bell Swing

20 sec (ea) Side Plank
