Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

1) 4 x 5 Sumo Deadlift

2) 4 x 5 Barbell Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Barbell Front Squat/Goblet Squat 

3 x 12 Ring Pull-ups

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression


Conditioning: Complete all reps (time cap 20:00):

30 Wall Ball

30 Ring Row

30 Slam Ball Shoulder

30 Push-ups

30 Kettlebell Swing

30 V-Ups

30 Walking Lunges
