FFP Running Club - Saturday (10-22-16)

Workout and goal times are listed below. 800 meter repeats will be a blast :) Last hard effort before Wicked 10k for those who are racing. Effort for each rep should be an RPE 9.

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 4 x 800m with 2 min rest, Goal: 4:20-4:59

                                       

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.

                     Workout:  4 x 800m with 2 min rest, Goal: 3:50-4:20

  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 5 x 800m with 90 sec rest, Goal: 3:20-3:50                                      

  

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 6 x 800m with 90 sec rest, Goal: 2:40-3:14
