This week is race week for a lot of us! You have been training hard and now it is time to test out your improved fitness level - best of luck to everyone who is racing the Wicked 10k or Marine Corps Marathon (or another)!
Since most of us are racing this week, we will be doing an easy run and strides this week:
1) Pre-run drills
2) Group Run + Strides
- Group A: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (12:00+) - Run/Walk
- Group B: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (10:00 – 12:00)
- Group C: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (8:30 – 10:00)
- Group D: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 8:30)
Then, 6 x 100m strides.
3) Post-run stretch
