Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 4 Barbell Close Grip Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Paused Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Inverted Row

3 x 30 sec Band Pallof Hold

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 sec for 3 rounds of each-

Battle Ropes

Kettlebell Swing

Medicine Ball Woodchop

Slam Ball Slam

Sled Pull/Push
