Group Training - Saturday (10-29-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 4 Barbell Back Squat

4 x 6 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift w/ pause

3 x 12 Dumbbell Overhead Press

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression

 

Conditioning: Partner Workout! Can split reps as desired. Both partners must be working simultaneously. 2 Rounds for time of:

2 Rope Sled Pull - BW Squats

50 Push-ups/Pin - Box Jump (or step-ups if can't jump)

30 Slam Ball Slam - Plank
