Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

1) 4 x 4 Barbell Box Squat

2) 4 x 7 Barbell Row


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x max Physio Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Barbell Overhead Press (15 and 25 lb barbells are available)

3 x 8-10ea Stir the Pot


Conditioning: 6 Rounds for Time (15:00 time cap):

15 BW Squats

30 Sec Battle Ropes

150m Sprint (outside - down to end of parking lot and back - leave back door open)
