Group Training - Wednesday (10-26-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squats (RPE 9)

4 x 6 Band Pull-up (RPE 8-9)

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Pin Push-ups 

3 x 20-30sec each Single-Leg Glute Bridge

 

Conditioning:  30 sec on/30 sec off for 15:00 min of:

Dumbbell Push Press

Slam Ball Shoulder

Farmer Carries

Jump Squats/BW Squats
