Group Training - Monday (10-31-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Barbell Overhead Press 

3 x 10ea Deadbugs

 

Conditioning: Keep sled reps the same throughout, add 2 KB swing and 5 sec to battle ropes for every round completed. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. 

1 Sled Push/Push

6 Kettlebell Swing

10 sec Battle Ropes
