Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 10 Resisted/Push-up/Pin

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Weighted/BW Reverse Lunges 

3 x 12 Dumbbell Chest Supported Row

3 x 20-30sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps (time cap 20:00):

50 Wall Ball

50 Slam Ball Slam

50 Kettlebell Swing

50 V-ups
