FFP Running Club - Saturday (11-5-16)

Let's keep up the good work on the intervals this week! Seeing a lot of progress in fitness from everyone :) Workout and goal times are listed below:

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

 

                     Workout: 2 x (200m, 400m) jog 200m between 200 & 400, rest 2 min after 400m 

                                       200's @ 0:58-1:10, 400's @ 2:05-2:25

 

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                     Workout: 2 x (200m, 400m) jog 200m between 200 & 400, rest 2 min after 400m 

                                       200's @ 0:50-0:57, 400's @ 1:49-2:04

  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 3 x (200m, 400m) jog 200m between 200 & 400, rest 2 min after 400m 

                                       200's @ 0:42-0:49, 400's @ 1:30-1:46

  

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 3 x (200m, 400m) jog 200m between 200 & 400, rest 2 min after 400m

                                       200's @ 0:33-0:41, 400's @ 1:12-1:29
