Group Training - Monday (11-7-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 6 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 8 Pendlay Row


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x max Physio Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Standing Landmine Press 

3 x max Toe Touches


Conditioning: Complete each station for 40 sec, then rest 20 sec (use 20 sec to switch stations), then start next station for 40 sec and so forth. 3 Rounds total:

Sled Push/Push

Lateral Bear Crawl

Slam Ball Shoulder

Band Pull-Apart
