Group Training - Thursday (11-10-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

1) 4 x 6 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

2) 4 x 8 Resisted/Push-up/Pin


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10-12 Weighted/BW Bulgarian Split Squats 

3 x 15 Dumbbell 3-Point Row

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank


Conditioning: Add 2 reps to Slam Ball Slam and Jump Squat every round completed. Inverted Row stay constant (10 reps) throughout. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15:00.
