3 x 10ea Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Chest Supported Row

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression


Conditioning: 21-15-9 reps of:

Wall Ball

Kettlebell Swing

Slam Ball Slam

Ring Row
