Strength: Rest 90 sec between sets

1) 4 x 6 Barbell Back/Box Squat

2) 4 x 8 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10ea Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

3 x 12 Chest Supported Row

3 x 10ea Deadbug Progression

 

Conditioning: 21-15-9 reps of:

Wall Ball

Kettlebell Swing

Slam Ball Slam

Ring Row
