Group Training - Wednesday (11-8-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 10ea Weighted/Walking Lunges

4 x 10 Band Chin-ups


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Kettlebell Sumo RDL

3 x 12 Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press 

3 x 30-40sec Plank


Conditioning:  Start a new round every 3:00. Repeat for a total of five rounds.

12 Wall Ball

12 Medicine Ball Sit-ups (Touch wall)

30 sec Battle Ropes
