Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 5 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 7 Pendlay Row


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x max Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 12 Barbell Overhead Press 

3 x 30-40s Weighted/Plank


Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off for 15:00. Use the 30 sec to switch stations.

Dumbbell Squat to Press

Kettlebell Swing

Farmer Carry

Goblet/BW Squat
