Group Training - Saturday (11-19-16)

Strength: Rest 90 sec between rounds

4 x 5 Barbell Front Squat

4 x 7 Sumo Deadlift


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Single-Arm Ring Row

3 x 12 1 1/2 Rep Pin Push-up

3 x max Toe Touches


Conditioning: Tabata 20/10 sec for 3 rounds at each station. Then take 30 sec to rotate stations. Then start with three rounds of tabata at that station. Continue until all stations have been completed in this fashion.

Kettlebell Swing

Medicine Ball Woodchop

Dumbbell Squat to Press

Sled Pull/Push
