Group Training - Monday (11-21-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 4 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 6 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 8 Eccentric Glute Ham Raise OR 3 x 12 Reverse Hyper

3 x 10 Push-ups/Pin

3 x max in 30 sec V-Ups

 

Conditioning: 6 Rounds or 15:00 (whichever comes first):

10ea Walking Lunges

30 sec Battle Ropes (use one end of rope per person)

100m Sprint (outside D&B)
