Group Training - Tuesday (11-22-16)


1) 4 x 4 Barbell Box Squat (90 sec rest between sets)

2) 4 x 6 Barbell Bench Press (90 sec rest between sets)


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

a) 3 x 8 Eccentric Glute Ham Raise OR 3 x 12 Reverse Hyper

b) 3 x 12 Reverse Grip Barbell Row

c) 3 x 10ea Deadbugs


Conditioning: 30 sec on/30 sec off. Take the 30 sec (off) to with stations. Complete 3 full rounds.

Walking Lunges

Wall Ball

Bear Crawl

Ring Row
