Group Training - Monday (11-28-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 8 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 10 Barbell Bench Press


Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Goblet Squat

3 x 12 Chin-ups/Banded

3 x 20-40s Side Plank


Conditioning: Every round you complete, add 2 reps to jump squats and kneeling slam ball slam. Lunges stay constant at 8 each leg. Max rounds in 15 min: 

2 Jump Squats

2 Kneeling Slam Ball Slam

8ea Stationary Lunges
