FFP Running Club - Wednesday (12-7-16)

We will be meeting at FFP at 6:00 pm. 

 

1) Pre-run warm-up

 

2) Progression Run: Group A run 40 min, Group B - 45 min, Group C&D 50 min. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By the end, you should be running at or slightly under 5k pace. Use last 5 minutes (Group A & B) or 10 minutes (Group C & D) to cool-down.

 

  • Group A (12:00+) 
  • Group B (10:00-12:00)
  • Group C (8:30 - 10:00)
  • Group D (-8:30)

 

3) Post-run stretch
