FFP Running Club - Wednesday (12-14-16)

Surfin Santa 5 Miler and Seashore 50k are this Saturday, so we will be taking it easy this week. 

 

An easier run and strides:

 

1) Pre-run drills

 

2) Group Run + Strides

  • Group A: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (12:00+) - Run/Walk
  • Group B: 35 minutes @ Easy Pace (10:00 – 12:00)
  • Group C: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (8:30 – 10:00)
  • Group D: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 8:30)

 Then, 6 x 100m strides. 

 

3) Post-run stretch
