Group Training - Monday (12-12-16)

Strength: 90 sec between sets

4 x 5 Trap Bar/Conventional Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Front Squat

3 x 10 Reverse Grip Ring Row

3 x 20-40 sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off (use 30 sec to switch stations) for 15 minutes:

Sled push/push

Jump squats

Plank

Kettlebell Swing

Dumbbell Push Press
