Group Training - Tuesday (12-13-16)

Strength: 

1) 4 x 5 Sumo Deadlift (90 sec rest between sets)

2) 4 x 7 Barbell Overhead Press (90 sec rest between sets)

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

a) 3 x 10ea Weighted/BW Walking Lunges

b) 3 x 10 Banded Chin-up 

c) 3 x 10ea Deadbugs

 

Conditioning: Complete all reps (time cap 20:00):

50 Wall Ball

50 Slam Ball Slam

50 Kettlebell Swing

50 V-ups
